Yoga Fusion is a full-body practice to help build strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. Flow through this low-impact practice starting with a gentle warm-up, moving into a low to moderate flow of yoga-based interval training (self-paced) and recovery periods, followed by a restorative-based cool down. An all-in-one practice to help you live and age well.
