Rosemary has spent the majority of her life living down south but has called Sonora home for quite a few years now. 

”I was introduced to yoga by my father. Yoga has been a part of my life since I can remember.

After some years I returned to my practice in my 20’s taking workshops and classes on Catalina Island and have reconnected yet again with my practice now, as a newly certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. I am thrilled to share this healing, transformative practice with the community.“
