Yoga Flow: Experience the union of body, mind, and spirit through strengthening and stretching, igniting your energy through connection with breath and movement. Through incorporating fluid movements of vinyasa flow yoga and using the inner fire of your core to energize and power your body, this class will help you to dive deep into your practice, and connect with Self. This is an energetic class, yoga experience is recommended, although all levels are welcome. Yoga Flow helps students connect with their true essence and build confidence in their yoga practice and abilities. We will end the class letting our energy cool, experiencing feelings of rejuvenation and peace of mind.
Yin-Yang Flow Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm
{Suitable for all levels} This is the perfect class to wind down and balance the body out after a busy
day. We will start off with some luxurious restorative postures to sooth the mind and relax the muscles
and connective tissues, followed by a short dynamic movement sequence designed to strengthen,
lengthen and tone the body. The closing sequence will be comprised of some gentle heart openers and
inversions to reverse the flow of blood, detoxify the system and prepare it for bed.

So, in the spirit of exploration and discovery, Renée invites you to dig deep and fly high as intentional breath is linked to fluid movement in this eclectic slow-flow Vinyasa class.
