This class integrates intentional breath with gentle, fluid movement. Whether sitting or standing, we will utilize yoga chairs for support in adapted yoga asanas. Welcoming all ages and levels, this practice improves flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and concentration. Chairs are available on a ‘first come, first-served’ basis.
This class fuses the deepening of Yin postures with a lively Hatha flow. We’ll first “root” by finding stillness in postures to improve flexibility and increase joint circulation, and then we’ll “rise” through fluid, energetic asanas . . . the perfect combo for rejuvenating the mind, body, and spirit.
