Weekend Warrior Level 1
with Dellamay Miller
1 hour and 30 minutes
Weekend Warrior Yoga Level 1 9am-10.15 A more gentle approach to the Vinyasa style- this class will introduce shorter sequences with a focus on alignment, breath and core awareness along with options to modify for increasing or minimizing the intensity of the poses. The tempo of this class will be moderate to slow, allowing students to really feel their way through the movements in a manner that will increase proprioception and build confidence. A great class for beginners as well as those who prefer to move a little slower or are nurturing injuries. Also great for the more advanced yogi who wants to spend some time focusing on deepening their understanding of alignment

It is simple; from Sun Salutations to balanced inversions, at times challenging, but ultimately refreshing and meditative. Energize with straightforward asana sequences to strengthen the metabolism and muscular stability. Find your transformation, from novice to experienced, and work at your own level of practice to create the kind of day you intend.
